Booking information:
Arrival: rooms are available from 14:00.
Departure: please vacate rooms by 11:00.
For a short stay under 2 nights we will charge € 10,00 per person/day. All prices excl. local tax. Please not that we don´t accept pets in our hotel. Single use for a double room € 15,00 per day. Payment in cash or with debit card possible!
The AGBH (General Terms and Conditions of business for the Hotel Industry, Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen für die Hotellerie) apply to our establishment. You may cancel your booking without charge up to 3 month prior to your arrival. From 3 months, up to 1 month prior to your arrival, the cancellation fee is 40% of the cost of the booking. From 1 month to 1 week prior to your arrival, the cancellation fee is 70 % of the cost of the booking. If you cancel during the last week before you arrive we will invoice you 90 % of the cost of your booking. In case of non-arrival, late arrival or early departure, the full room rate is due.
Special cancellation conditions for direct booking:
Relaxed cancellation conditions of course apply free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the holiday!
(Refund of the deposit in the form of hotel vouchers for the next stay).
Otherwise the usual cancellation conditions apply.
